To prevent people booking then not turning up and causing others to miss out, we do have a booking fee that is not refundable unless we cancel, that is the full cost of the retreat.

On the last day internet access will be given to you to make a further donation via Paypal.
Booking Fee Retreat Cost
There is a booking fee to hold your place that must be paid in advance 8 day 10 day weekend
Shared room - two $2800 $3000 $1100
Private room - one $3500 $4060 $1500

The booking fee will be paid when your healthcare form has been accepted.
This will be only refunded if we cancel the retreat.
