In this 10 day retreat, you reconnect to your body using Patanjali's Ashtanga yoga in a natural setting. Each day we go into a different limb of Patanjali's 8 steps to enlightenment. You meditate at one with nature in deep forest. You play with Zen art to delve deep into the subconscious ego. By letting go of the facade of the many layers of societies' conditioning that are affecting you, you will be lifted towards true unconditional love for yourself and others which can be experienced safely here without fear or judgement. Learn and help with preparing delicious organic vegan feasts and juices. Watch organic vegetables and fruit growing and be part of that process of working with the soil, see wild marsupials and through walking and other meditations and pranayama connect to your primal truth. Experience a personal Ascension healing session to resolve inner conflicts. Come out in ecstasy refreshed and rejuvenated with clear goals and an internal Swadhaya of the true path of Yoga.
