3 day retreat to relax and reconnect to your inner inspired writer through nature, with vegetarian meals, rawfoods, juices and plenty of Ascension yoga and meditation. Start the Friday with Yin Yoga, followed by a light vegan meal then mantra meditation and prayer and a speed poetry writing exercise.

This retreat is available only to 4 guests who will be carefully vetted so that only people who are ready for the Ascension will be accepted. It is strongly recommended that you are vegan or moving that way; don't drink alcohol, smoke, or take any intoxicants, including coffee.
