About The Event
3 day Naturist retreat to relax in the sun without clothing and reconnect to nature, with vegetarian meals, rawfoods, juices and plenty of Ascension yoga and meditation and connection to Jesus Christ. This private secluded valley with no people but the three or four people here is ideal to de-stress and reconnect to your body and loving your body. Start the Friday with Yin Yoga, followed by a light vegan meal then mantra meditation. Saturday 5 am Ashtanga style yoga, then muesli and fruits. Helping out a bit on the retreat, then preparing lunch and a large vegan lunch. Time to yourself to bushwalk or sunbake. Afternoon healing or massage private sessions.
